I've had a few of the 3 prong warcomps on rifles from 10.5' up to 16' and have really like the balance of flash reduction and muzzle stabilization it offers.
Recently I decided to try one of the closed tine versions on a 10.5' build and it has a too much downward presssure IMO, way more so than the 3 prong version. It's strange cause it has 6 ports total, and the 3 prong has 6 port from 11 to 1 o'clock and 6 from 1 to 3 o'clock.
I'm wondering if the ports on this closed tine version where made a bit too large, maybe I got one out of spec.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with theirs ?
